going with a small motor boat, up to the island, and from there until the monastery, 45 minusts a day with the boat and another 45 of return, on the island you leave for two hours, and are about 1km up 600 steps and others of descent. Very recommendable, but you have to take in advance the billets, and if it does not make good sea is not done.
