Itinerary description
An easy tour from the Bourg-D'oueil ski resort (near Bagnères de Luchon) up Mont Né 2147m, via the Port de Pierrefite 1855. Lower down our descent line went through some steep ground with tightly spaced trees, it would be easier to follow the same track down through the forest that you came up on.
Mont Né stands out to the north at the very edge of the Pyrenees and provides a superb view of the main line, including Aneto, the highest peak in the range.
