Itinerary description
A superb ski peak with a steady direct climb and an amazing ski down, but requires good navigation through some huge crevasses, best done roped up. This track goes from the new Monte Rosa hut up to the point where you dump the skis at 4515m and start climbing up the rocky east ridge - another 150 vertical metres. We were stopped there by howling wind and mist.
