Itinerary description
This is the first (or last) stretch of a trip across the Hardangervidda N-S.
The full trip is given by 'scuner' as "Hardangervidda from Haukeliseter to Ustaoset."
I have put in this first stretch alone to make it easier to download as it is particularly useful to have on GPS.
Due to a unhelpful local landowner the stretch is sticked/kvistet for a very short time or not at all. This is particularly true of the stretch between Haukeliseter and Store Venaretjønn.
Sticked routes can vary a little by year. This is as sticked/kvistet (or not) in 2008 so in your year the route may be slightly off this one. However, it is useful in the absence of sticks.
The hill directly above Haukeliseter is quite steep - hence the 'difficult'. The trip is otherwise moderate.
