Itinerary description
A beautiful ski tour in the Aigulles Rouges, above Chamonix. Starts from the Flégère lift system (from the top of the Index tow). Involves ascending two couloirs - could be skinned but easier to boot pack with crampons. A beautifully airy ridge up to the summit offers fabulous views in all directions, including of Mont Blanc.
