Itinerary description

We leave the Rila Mountains and approach the Pirin Mountains. Luckily, the good weather is still with us. From the small Dobrinishte station we take a chair that will comfortably lift us eight hundred meters to the Bezboj refuge. We cross the lake next to the refuge and begin to ascend towards the wide col that separates both peaks that we intend to ascend. As we approach the first we enjoy the slender silhouette and spectacular Estes blades that Polezhan offers.
As the day progresses the sky begins to cover and we reach the top just to enjoy limited views to the West. We remove skins and begin the descent. Although in the previous days we had enjoyed very easy snow to ski, today after a few meters of hard snow dotted with some rocks, very heavy snow begins on the southern slope that will leave our legs exhausted for the rest of the day.
Still, we decided to put on skins and climb the second peak of the day. After reaching the top of the Bezbog, brief stop and again arduous descent to the refuge. Cafecito in this one and now, by track, a pleasant descent to the car.
