Itinerary description
Popular and highly recommended tour up the Vallon du Fontenil to Breche du Vallon. Starts from Les Bossardes, the snow line stays close to the car park well into spring. Easy climb up through trees, then up two successive bowls, and on to the breche. Mostly under 30 degrees. Great views from the top into the Ecrins range. Interesting and varied ski descent.
