In Dombas we take the bike again and shortly before reaching Dovre we take a detour to the Grimsdalen valley by a secondary road with steep slopes that initially is made of asphalt and at the top it becomes a compact dirt track. We are entering the National Park of Rondane by an area of moor with rounded mountains and in which they charge a toll to motorized vehicles to access the PN
We descend through the beautiful Grimsdalen valley, through which the Grimsa river flows, making attractive curves along the valley. We continue the descent through several farms and take a detour to the Refugio Grimsdalshytta of the DNT. We resume the march in a slight descent through the valley, increasingly open looking for a place to sleep. Shortly before reaching Holen we found a farm where we rent a wooden house very well conditioned for 400 NOK.
