Itinerary description
Pathein is pretty chaotic but still have some sightseeing. This stage is quite a classic as many people have done it. I took it as an epilogue, as I wanted to spend a couple of days snorkeling and relaxing at the beach.
The stage is easy with no difficulties and can be done in not much more time that the minibus takes to complete the trip so it was a pleasure to take the bike again although, to my taste, it was too short.
Snorkeling around Lover’s Island is not a big deal compared to Koh Tao or elsewhere but, who cares? Still you see colorful fishes and even lobsters!
