Itinerary description
Beautiful cycling route that in some sections follows the Way of St. James in its variant of the Northern Way.
From Donosti we will rise to the crest of Monte Igueldo to follow it with beautiful views of the Cantabrian coast and the mountains of the hinterland.
Quick descent to the fishing village of Orio where we will cross the river to climb the mountain that separates this town from the tourist town of Zarauz. Nice views of its beaches. Descent to the sea line to follow the coast to the seafaring Getaria affectionately called "the mouse of Guetaria" by the sharp profile that can be seen from the coast. End in the beautiful Zumaia.
