Itinerary description
Valleys of Saja and Nansa circular route from the coast taking in the beautiful village of Carmona and lots of others.
The main highlights are:
Carmona - one of Cantabria´s prettiest villages and a good place to have lunch and a stroll
El Soplao Cave - magnificent caves with wonderful rock formations
Barcena Mayor - actually a little off this route but well worth a visit if you have the time
Cabezón de la Sal - a busy little market town, always plenty going on.
