WCRVBB-T02-CANAL GARONNE ET MIDI 611 km: STAGE 06-Bram-Le Somail
En esta etapa, el camino se va haciendo con vegetación más mediterránea, más estrecho y con raíces que dificultan el paso pues hace baches. Por eso es mejor una bicicleta con suspensión para este tramo. Visitamos más enclusas preciosas y cruzamos por Carcasonne, donde se puede visitar la fabulosa ciudadela medieval. Luego pasamos por el acueducto que atraviesa el rio Orbiel, lugar muy interesante de ver. Con caminos cada vez más estrechos al final llegamos a le Somail, lugar de reposo. El tiempo cada vez se hace más caluroso según nos acercamos al Mediterráneo.
STAGE DESCRIPTION
At this stage, the vegetations is becoming more Mediterranean, and the path narrower with roots that makes it difficult step potholes. It is best with a bike with suspension this stretch. We visited more precious canal locks and we cross the city Carcassonne, where you can visit the fabulous medieval citadel. Then we went through the aqueduct that crosses the river Orbiel, very interesting to watch. With increasingly narrow roads at the end we will arraive Somail, resting place. The weather is becoming hotter as we approach the Mediterranean.

DESTINATION POINT
Le Somail is only a pleasant port with some houses and small restaurants and a pension. It's quietness makes it the perfect place to take a rest to become strength for the final and hard stage.
