Itinerary description
You can start up at the dam wall, with an rappel of 50m, following by downclimbing. The track starts at the first of the rappels down the main gorge.
Reasonably equipped (summer 2021), with the final rappel needing a 100m rope. Just after we did it, a team put in a three-bolt halfway station on the left side (looking downstream) of the 100m waterfall, so you can more easily break the rappel.
Rope retrieval is tricky, particularly on the first rappel and the big waterfall.
2 x 60m ropes, minimum.
