Itinerary description
We recently drove through Khasab side of Musandam that included road trip, Offroading and short hikes.
There are additional activities such as 6 hours long Exciting Dhow cruises with almost guaranteed Dolphin watching, snorkeling and beach activities. We didn't do them during this visit.
My whole 2 days trip is recorded on Wikiloc, it will give you an idea to enjoy Khasab, please refer the pictures on this post.

Our road trip:
Khasab Road Trip that started from Ajman to Khasab Musandam (Oman) via Ras al Khaimah, Al Jeer village and Dara'a border crossing..
From Khasab town, we proceeded to Khor Najd and Sal Khalidiya Acacia forest.
Then we visited the Ancient mosque as part of the offroading and hiking near Harf Ghabi area.
Later we visited the Jebel Fitt Khasab Zipline launch pad facility and continued offroading to the top of the Jebel Fitt.
(Zipline is 1.8 Kms long which is longest over the sea, Aed 180 per person. You need to buy the tickets first at Oman Adventure center at Atana Hotel, Bassa Beach. Its also the end point of the Zipline. They will ferry you to the Zipline start point on Jebel Fitt )
Next morning, we hiked M10 and M10B Hiking trails near Khasab port.
Later we offroaded to Sayh village and Jebel Harim whereby we visited Harim petroglyphs and ancient marine fossils at the base of Jebel Harim.
We also viewed the true summit of Jebel Jais from there.
Then we returned back to Khasab town and proceeded again to Jebel Fitt for offroading via the Zipline and few abandoned villages and connected back to the road at Harf Ghabi village.
Then we proceeded back to Ajman, UAE.
