Itinerary description
If one wants to go around this part of Zagoria the best place to start with is Limar village. It is near the Zagoria River and only few hundred meters away is a medieval stone bridge not to be missed. If you have time, you can extend the trip by walking down to Peshtan through a dense forest of oak and plane trees.

What are the road conditions to Maleshova now? There are plans for asphalt.

super, now I found your tour
From Kelcyra all the way to the Pass (on top) is asphalted. From there the road is branched in four other directions, 1-to Limar, 2 to Maleshove, 3 to Leskaj and 4 to a dead end road leading at some sheepfolds toward the Kelcyra direction.. Those 4 directions are passable by normal cars but at your own risk. I traveled with a Rav 4 and had not trouble going down to Limar, apart from a frozen stream that caused me some tinny problems.
