Oman: Salalah Road trip July 2023.

We recently visited Salalah as a 4 full days tour and man, it was a short trip.
In my experience we need full 8 days to explore and enjoy the nice places Salalah offers.
We flew into Salalah saving 16 hours of long drive one way, rented a car in salalah and drove about 650 KMs within Salalah and covered only half the places that we had planned to visit and hike.
Still we managed to visit the following places and hike at some of them.
1. Wadi Darbat.
2. Jebel Samhan.
3. Tayq Sink hole and hike to the large cave.
4. Attair sink hole and hike down till safe viewing point.
5. Abandoned ship.
6. Ayn Shawny stream.
7. Baobab trees.
8. Anti gravity point.
9. Eftalquot cliff view point and a hike down to the beach.
10. Mughsail beach, blowholes and Marneef cave.
11. Ayn Ishaat waterfall and hike.
12. Ittine cave
13. Nabi Ayub mausoleum, Nabi Ayun stream hike.
14. Al Balid archeology area.
We had many more places in our wishlist, but I would say it needed another 4 days.
We were 3 persons, at the end per person cost came upto Aed1700 including ALL expenses.
