Itinerary description
Galin is an amazing place you can reach with about one hour from Sanandaj. I started the recording only when we were in Galin, but you can follow as well the track.
Galin is a very little village, in Kurdistan, completely out of the touristic target. This make the place more real and fantastic. People wear traditional clothes and are very very kind. Take a look at the village, have a nice meal in the house of the owner of the only accommodation present (there are no restaurants!!!) and have a nice walk along the west side of the valley, among the fields, the farms and the farmers. You’ll be invited for a cup of tea in many places.
Please, if you go here continue to respect people, the village, the farms and the ambient.

Rooms and living room of the only accommodation in Galin. Watch out, no restaurants are in here! If you want lunch or dinner ask to the accommodation manager and his wife will give you an outstanding meal!
