Itinerary description
Took bus 260 from Lillehammer to Nordseter. From there - took 17km trail down to Lillehammer. Views amazing, snow condition perfect. Cross country trail was smooth, going mostly downhill and times flat terrain. However, the train ended at Lillehammer stadium, and it took 3km more to go down to city center (to be accurate - the ski jumping). Given at was already dark the train through forest was not lighted but i enjoyed it - skiing under stars and a moon iscalways magical in a snowy forest!:) Loved my trip! Now enjoying hot chocolate at local cafe in downtown :)
