Itinerary description
Nice and easy bike trip from Merendero Presa to discover Plasencia and its surroundings.
Starting at the Merendero Presa Plasencia, a nice park to spend the night as well, a nice path start here at the end of the park. We head towards Plasencia but we fist visit Santuario de la Virgen del Puerto with very nice views of the valley.
From here it’s all the way down to the river Jerte to the cathedral. Then to the big town square and the aquaduct.. we follow the river again upstream to the dam where we’d started. I
