Itinerary description
Cycling - Coastal ride to Biot and trail along the Brague river which, although ideal for summer walks due to shade, requires to push the bike for most of its course due to tall tree roots and rocks exposed by soil erosion. Some steps as well. Not recommended for bikes unless one wants to push for about 3.5 Km of this track.
