Itinerary description

Down the Flåmdal valley by bike (approx. 2h), departing from the Myrdal station of the Flåmsbana line. The route follows the old railway road (Rallarvegen).
The first four kilometers are stony and the trail descends 21 laces then the route continues on a gravel road past the farm Kårdal.
The path then turns into an asphalt road, crossing in particular the old village of Flåm, but there is almost no motorized traffic.
No difficulty except the first kilometers and some hillocks to climb.
