Itinerary description
Better avoid doing the route on the weekend - we heard there are many crazy motorcyclist out there. When you start after 10 am during the week, most of the trucks to ronda already passed. Anyhow, the route is beautifull.
To avoid riding on the busy coast road, we made our way along the much quiter "golf-course-street" in Marbella. On top of "La Qinta golf and countryclub" you ll find a hole in the fence, which allows to cross A-397 (if not, go back to the central roundabout of La Qinta an follow the street down to the coast, pass a little bridge, go along on the seperate road next to the Autopista and soon find the entrance to the A-397 to Ronda).
The climb is moderate but stady (traffic will decreace when you left the urban area). On the end of it you ll find a little bar.
