Itinerary description

Starting in Carballo to quickly cycle through the forest too Refugio Verdes off road, to than stay mostly on minor roads to Mens where the privat residence Tores de Mens is visible from the far already. Than along the beautiful coastline to Malpica passing beaches made for surfing. Climbing out of Malpicas harbour on concrete in the narrow alleys of the town to join the Routa dos Pinos no mar. Instead of following the route, easing on the road to pass a sacred oak and the mystical mill of Abellariza.
From there just passing a poshed hotel, complejo Aldejola, and two museums in Buño for artistic ceramic manufacturers before finishing in Carballo.
