Itinerary description
After exploring the picturesque medieval town of Pals, this 13.6 mile ride through rolling Costa Brava countryside takes you first to the fairy tale medieval town of Peratallada and ends in Castell d'Empordà. Peratallada literally means cut rock and the houses, buildings and streets are made of perfectly cut rock. It's medieval character is well preserved, complete with arches, a castle with it's tower and moat. Takes some to explore this medieval gem. The ride continues another 6 miles through la Bisbal d'Empordà to Castell d'Empordà.
