Beautiful and hard route through Asturias, with departure and arrival from Pola de Lena.
We will start by raising the Coverage, whose percentages are already very serious. Just before reaching the crown, we will take a crossroads to the right to climb the Gamoniteiro, a spectacular climb that will take us, in just 16 kilometers, to 1700 meters of altitude.
After descending Gamoniteiro, we will crown the Cobertoria in just a fairly smooth kilometer.
On the approach to Angliru we will have to overcome the Alto de Tenebredo with a hard ramp that reaches 20%.
And the highlight of the day arrives, the expected and feared Angliru. We will start its ascent from La Vega, the first 6 kilometers are "human", but from there we will find the ramps that have made this port famous. We will find sections with peaks above 20% where we will consider the sections of 14% as "breaks", until we reach the dreaded Cueña les Cabres. Just seeing that straight already impresses and scares, it is impressive, and does not deceive, 400 infernal meters where it reaches 23.5%. We should not trust ourselves and think that after passing Cueña les Cabres we are already up, since there are still very hard sections that will not let us lower our pulsations. The Angliru, so far the hardest pass I have ever climbed (I don't think there are many who overcome its hardness), a real joy where suffering becomes satisfaction when reaching the top.
After this return to Pola de Lena by the Cordal, a very beautiful port and already more comfortable after having climbed the great Asturian colossus.

Algo has hecho bien antes jajaja.
Muchas gracias
De nada. Si tienes cualquier duda, me dices.
