Itinerary description
Nice weather, a perfect blue sky so, we left Torrelodones behind at 10 am. We headed to Galapagar for a nice small road and after Colmenarejo we crossed the bridge over the Embalse the Valmayor (nice view) and turned towards Peralejo. At this point start the real party :). It is not a tough climb but is constant uphill until the top. Asphalt is in really good conditions and the view from the top are worth the effort. Almost at the end of the hill, there is a viewpoint to the impressive San Lorenzo de El Escorial building.
We turn in the crossroad to Santa MAría de la Alameda and went down La Cruz Verde towards El Escorial. This is a funny curvy descend with a really good pavement. Then we head to Villalba and then Torrelodones. At this last part there a bit more traffic, but still ok.
Great weather, better company and exciting road.
