Vevey - les Pleiades - Vevey

From Vevey to les Pleiades you can go using all the time the road or taking some shortcuts through the mountain which will mean super steep slopes from time to time.
Given that I'm not very used to bikes, I'd say that even though it is quite short, it was not an easy one.
The views during all the way are just amazing although most of the time I was more focused on staying with the pace.
Almost 14 km going up non stop and then coming back using the same way. The way up is a bit tough as there is almost 1 km elevation gain.
I made few stops in the way and obviously for people trained this will take way shorter.
I actually did it myself with a mountain bike.
On the top there is a restaurant with nice views and as well the astropleiades, which is a green park with an outside museum about the solar system.

Desde Vevey hasta les Pleiades se puede ir todo el rato por carretera o coger algún atajo a través de la montaña, aunque esto significa normalmente unas cuestas super empinadas de vez en cuando.
No suelo andar en bico, así que para mi aunque es bastante corta, no fue especialmente fácil.
Las vistas durante todo el trayecto son impresionantes aunque la mayor parte del tiempo me lo pasé tratando de ir a ritmo en la bicicleta.
Son casi 14 km seguidos subiendo y luego bajando por el mismo recorrido. La subida es un poco dura ya que la pendiente es de casi 1 km de desnivel.
Hice alguna parada durante la subida, pero obviamente para gente más experimentada o acostumbrada a la bici tardarán mucho menos en hacerlo.
De hecho hice esta ruta con una mountain bike y no con una de carretera.
En la cima hay un restaurante con bonitas vistas y también astropleiades, que es un parque verde con un museo exterior acerca del sistema solar.
