Itinerary description
Villarluengo in Aragon is very remote in spectacular countryside. Stayed at Torre Montesanto above the town (steep gravel ride up to hotel at end of ride but just ok on road bike ). Comfortable rooms and good food.
This ride has a tough roughly 6km climb early on with some very steep sections. After that there a a couple of steady but punchy climbs and some rolling climbs. Worth stopping at villages and towns on the way. We stopped for coffee, lunch and sightseeing. Mostly traffic free roads. Some spectacular descents with some scary looking drops each side !

Villarluengo is very remote but beautiful. We stayed at Torre Montesanto just above the town, good food and comfortable rooms in typical rural old buildings.
This route has a hard climb with ramps to 17% early on and then a number of steadier climbs. There are a few towns to stop for coffee. Time recorded is deceptive as we stopped quite a few times including for lunch !!
