Itinerary description

Volta per l Oest del Hierro, sortint desde Hostal El Sitio. Primers 20 km de baixada i planeig vora la costa direccio oest. Despres comencem a pujar i anem pujant els seguents kms fins assolir la cota 1350, km 47 aprox. Trams durillos i poc descans. Ruta molt maca pero cal estar un xic en forma per no patir massa. Un cop assolit el pic baixada de vertigen amb vistes espectaculars.
Tour heading the west side of the island. The first 15/20 k are quiet and downhill, then as soon as the road starts to climb, you will not stop gaining altittude during the next km until 1350m altittude around km 47, at that point all the way down magnificient views of La Frontera until the Auberge El Sitio.
