Itinerary description
Not a good trail to follow as I chickened out of one of the descents because there was too much exposure on the cliff edge for me. The first loop to Belmonte de San José follows Ruta 15 and is nice mixed singletrack. The first part of the loop from Belmont is hard to follow and the second part follows a marked footpath on mixed singletrack. The next section is where it all goes pearshaped for me and you can see I doubled back due to the exposure. A short cut along a section of Ruta 14 took me back to the doubletrack and road leading back to LA Cañada de Verich.
