Itinerary description

An exploratory ride along the Winder / Mt Mistake track from Goomburra. An old forestry road that had been reclaimed by the rainforest but has been reopened as a service track for the Scenic Rim trail. The new section of track traverses pristine rain forest for 8 km beyond the 'Winder". While its a shame seeing a road being pushed through such remote forest the plus side is that it does give access to difficult reach areas of the Mt Mistake plateau.
