Itinerary description
40 km of uninterrupted dirt roads, through one of the most special natural places in Turkey.
The route starts from Anadolu Pass (900m) near Sakarkaya village and finishes as you go through the ruins of Alinda down to Karpuzlu Town.
First km of the route follows the asphalt road then merges onto forest roads. The terrain is usually good. Around km 15, there is a short (200m) uphill section where you have to walk your bike and then a 1.5 km rough section down where inexperienced bikers might need to walk. The route then goes on easy surface, mostly contouring the hillside through the pine trees, with amazing views. before reaching Tekeler village, you would need to take your bike over a garden wall (easy) then start on this fun track that will take you to the village. Last 5 km of the route is filled with small curves and jumps (optional of course) that make it so much fun.
Going through the ruins of Alinda, you would need to follow the single tracks that are in some sections pretty rough, but mostly ridable. We saved the best for the last :D
With its nature, scienary, ruins and fun technical sections, you can be sure you will be having an amazing experience.
