Itinerary description
This is a fun, day-long enduro adventure. It contains sections that are not really suitable for big adventure bikes unless you are an experienced offroad rider.
You'll ride next to the mangroves, get pulled across a river by a guy with a raft, climb a few hills and discover a mud flat (really fun to ride on).
The section after Punta Rucia is where it gets a little harder. Till then, it's pretty easy.
You can spend the night in Buen Hombre at the only hotel ($20/night) or at the kite school.
On the way back, we also discovered a great trail from Buen Hombre back to the mud flat. It was slow going at times, but so worth it.
