Travel by plane between Bulder city and the Colorado Canyon, located in Arizona
The Canyon was created by the Colorado River, whose channel undermined the land for millions of years. It is about 446 km long, has mountain ranges between 6 and 29 km wide and reaches depths of more than 1600 m.
He was visited by the expedition of Francisco Vázquez de Coronado. The first European to contemplate the Grand Canyon of the Colorado was García López de Cárdenas, who commanded a handful of men from the indigenous population that the Spaniards called Quivira
It is located in Arizona USA, nestled in a national park.
We flew over Hoover Lake and the Mead Dam. The first is the largest artificial lake in the USA. The dam was built with very innovative techniques in 5 years, 2 less than expected and with a cost lower than budgeted.
There is no access to this area (west) by road.
There is the skywalk, glass-bottomed walk, over a 1000-meter chasm. It is managed by the Hualapai Indians, who do not allow photographs from him.
