We left the car at the Tusayan heliport, located very close to Grand Canyon, on the road that goes to Williams, and after a while of waiting, we managed to catch the helicopter that will take us along the Grand Canyon, along a spectacular route , seeing from the air, one of the most spectacular canyons in the world.
We were lucky enough to sit in the front seats of the helicopter, next to the pilot and with panoramic windows that allowed us to have complete views of Grand Canyon.
We took off and headed, slowly, towards Grand Canyon, along the southern plateau and reaching the South Rim. Impressive how we entered the canyon, with the contrast between the plateau and the canyon itself and with the background music increasing in intensity as we approached.
With a guide in Spanish, we were enjoying the beautiful views offered from the air, witnessing the Colorado River. From Grand Canyon, on foot, it is very difficult to see the river if you do not descend quite a few meters towards it. However, by helicopter, we were able to see it in all its expression. A large river, full of curves and quite dirty, a shame, the geography of the place fills anything with dirt.
We tour the canyon to the east and head north to witness the North Rim, the other shore through which we can visit Grand Canyon, less visited than the south rim.
We continue flying over the Grand Canyon, entering it again with a second musical rush, something truly spectacular, and we return to the Tusayan heliport in the west of the canyon.
A route that takes just under an hour and allows you to witness the Grand Canyon in a spectacular way. The best option to see the Colorado River and a spectacle for the eyes and the senses!

Saludos!
