Itinerary description
Lovely 1hr route around Dorchester starting going around Maiden Castle - Europe's most impressive Iron Age Fort. Down across a muddy field, (when it should have been frozen) and along the Winterborne. Across a busy road, not ideal. Continue following the Winterborne then into Frome Valley, Kingston Mauward, Lovely river trail and then across the floating water meadows into Those Hardy's 'Casterbridge'
