Itinerary description
A lovely ride to the coast along canal towpaths and various National Cycle Network routes.
From Preston there are more main roads but with cycle paths running adjacent.
I stopped at a very nice cafe in Adlington called Teapi where the staff were very friendly and even offered to let me leave my bike at the back where it would be safer.
I had lunch at another nice little cafe at Preston Marina.
All in all a great day!
