1.Dia - PN d'Aigüestortes: de Erill la Vall - Estany Llong - Refugi d'Estany Llong (ES/EN)

3.Dia - Refugi J.M. Blanc -> Refugi d'Amitge (por Coll de Monestero)
4.Dia - Refugi d'Amitge -> Espot
(otra opcion hacer el camino circular: de Refugi d'Amitge ir a Refugi d'Estany Llong y bajar a Erill la Vall/Boi por Ribera de Sant Nicolau)

1. Dia - subiendo

Llegando a Erill la Vall con transporte publico/taxi de Pont de Suert (Alsa bus hasta Pont de Suert).

Start: de plaça Erill la Vall. Se camina unos km por carretera en principio (no muy frequente por lo menos un miercoles principio de Octubre) hasta Camí d'Enamorats. Despues desde parking Palanca de La Molina ya empieza camino hacia Parc Nacional d'Aigüestortes. Gran parte de camino se puede cojer taxi hasta Planell d'Aigüestortes pero la ruta es tan bonita que no vale la pena taxi.

Siguen camino de senderismo hasta Ermita de Sant Nicolau, despues ruta amarilla por Cascada de Sant Esperit (cruzanto de vez en cuando pequeña carretera) hasta Planell de Aigüestortes. Desde ahi otra 1,5 h hasta Refugi d'Estany Llong.

Hize camino en ritmo muy tranqui, dificultad facil/mediana - 1.dia.

Para todo el recorrido de varios dias recomiendo usar bastones.Todo esta bien marcado. En general con buen clima no se necesita mapa ni wikiloc, solo tener cuidado leer bien señaliticas en cansancio y entre piedras aveces buscar camino. Para niebla o mal clima recomiendo utilizar wikiloc/gps, llevar mantatermica para emergencia (no cuesta nada y es buena especialmente en epocas de finales Septiembre/Octubre, Marzo por cambios climaticos de repente). No hay señal arriba.

Hay que hacer reservas en refugios para dormir/comer. (hay opcion de bolsas de picnic - buenas y lo suficientes y rellenar agua potable en cada refugio), opcion vegetariana posible.

1st Day - going up

Using public transport to Erill la Vall/taxi from Pont de Suert (Alsa bus until Pont de Suert).

Start: From square in Erill la Vall. I followed little cycling red way until the road. Few km walk on the road (not busy in one Wednesday beginning of October) until Camí d'Enamorats, following rivers and bridges until information center on parking Palanca de la Molina.

From there start the hike trail through the valley, around Ermita de Sant Nicolas, Waterfall Sant Esperit (cruising yelow pathway with road ocasionally) until Planell d'Aigüestortes. (until here you are able to take also taxi, but it is more convenient walk it and enjoy it).

From Planell is another 1,5 h walk to Refugi dEstany Llong (you need to pre-reserve it for sleeping) and another 10min to lake Estany Llong.

For the 1st day difficulty easy/moderate. I walked very easy rhytm, no rush at all.

In general for all days hikes I recommend using hiking sticks (many stairs, steep hills and rocks on the way). Every treks are well marked. In good weather conditions you do not need to use map or wikiloc. Only be careful read correctly signs when you are tired and sometimes between rocks can be tricky find the way. In case of fog or bad weather conditions I recommend use wikiloc/gps. Pack emergency thermal blanket (it costs nothing and is good to have especially at the end of September/October, March due to fast climate changes). There is no signal up there.

In all refugies is necessary to reserve a spot for sleep/food (there is option of picnic bags for day - well made and enough, and refill drinking water in each refugi), vegetarian options possible.
