Starting from La playa de La Griega, near the town of Colunga, walking to the village of Guerres (Huerres) and from there taking the path north until it joins the coast path. Then floowing the coast path until arriving in the centre of the village of La Isla. Given the absence of anywhere to eat in La Isla, taking via the main N-632 road until reaching the restaurant 'La peregrina y el barrigon' on the left hand side of the road. From there returning back along the main road to the town of Colunga and from there taking the road in the direction of Lastres, until turning off right for La Playa de La Griega and the end of the route.
