Itinerary description
An old lighthouse-keeper's path can be followed up the cliffs to get from Igueste de San Andrés to the Semáforo. This is an adventurous alternative to the well-constructed main path.
This path starts immediately before the cemetery. It is mostly straightforward, except for two exposed sections. One is a short stretch of zig-zag path up a cliff. There is an old handrail but it has come away from the rock in at least one place. The other is a short stretch of level path with a very steep drop alongside.
