On GR92 the whole day, except for a few 100m detour for lunch break.

Begur, Hotel Cluc (09:35 = start) - 2. sandy way through pine forests down from Begur (10:20) - 3. from km4.6 to km5.5, GR92 is marked different now than the course I saw on the map (10:45 at km 5.5) - 4. first view of Pals (11:00) - 5. Pals, Plaça Major (11:15) - 6. Pals, at Tower, view to Illes Mèdes islets (11:30) - 7. for half km or less, the middle of the dirt road is a river bed, even after more than a week of dry weather. Today there's enough dry space for walking on the side (11:55) - 8. Palau Sator (12:50) - 9. Fontanilles, short detour to restaurant (13:20) - 10. Fontanilles, lunch break (13:30-≈14:30) - 11. Hilltop with view of Illes Mèdes (14:50) - 12. Old bridge, north after Gualta (15:30) - [Entering Torroella, I had a long stop, talking with a guy from Roermont(NL) who had started walking in Empúries with a very heavy backpack and sleeping outside without tent, just a tarp. Then I went to the upper class restaurant and hotel at the main church to fetch the key code for their cheaper GR92 hotel] - 13. Torroella de Montgrí, Hotel GR92 (17:00 = finish).
