Itinerary description
Left hotel to supermarket at started Camino around 9.15am.
Walked past Paroquia de Santa Maria and Town Hall. After Capela da Virxe da Guía we come down the stairs towards the beach road. On and off road track.
Stop for coffee and toilet break at Chinguito Bar around 7km (very basic place but coffee not bad?).
Approaching Oia we see settleements on the shore but not the monastery as it is still hidden behind the hills.
Arriving into Oia there is a beer garden on the left, Terraza Casa Puertas (open in summer only), and the restaurant A Camboja, open all year round.
Oficina de Turismo: Monday & Tuesday closed, Wednesday to Sunday 10pm-5.30pm (till 8pm in Summer)
