Itinerary description
Parked on main road which bypasses centre of Llanjaron. Walked up steps to square with fountain and statues of old couple with children opposite town hall.
09:50 start walk. Along main street then R up steep climb to meet up with Walk 1 in blue book.
Leave Walk 1 at WP25.
Lost about 25 minutes on scenic diversion around acequias.
11:30 - 11:45 lunch at top of hairpin
Better lunch stop a further 8 ins on at picnic site.
12:40 Finished walk at Bar El Bistro at roundabout near where car was parked. Nice tapas - Chicken & chips!
5.0 miles and 1000ft ascent. 3 hours
