Itinerary description
This is a very nice walk that others have also posted on wikiloc, sometimes it is a bit steep and can even be slightly dangerous for the unexperimented under bad weather conditions. You can have someone drop you near the cafe production sites if you want to avoid to take the asphalt road during an hour or so from Agaete to the steeper and wilder part, by far the most interesting. Level is moderate to difficult on the steep and descent part, depending on condition and equipment. The trail doesn't go til the top of the Tamadaba but near. The path points would need some cleaning here and there due one dead end at the beginning near the archeologic site (closed entrance at the time) or a couple of wrong directions taken on the way - easily identifiable.
