Itinerary description
Straight up the cliff to the mirador, but the views are incredible all the way. Then there is the glass-bottom mirador and a restaurant (and road and parking lot). After walking a little ways farther you can add a km each way if you want to see the visitor centre or just cut across to El Roquillo.
The way down isn't too steep, but if you're like me and get sick of steep downhills in a hurry, I wouldn't suggest doing it the other direction. A nice hike to and from a nice village. Tales a few hours with stops. Check out Routinely Nomadic for a complete guide to hiking on La Gomera.

I guess we missed the viewpoint. Didn't see anything different than the view on the way up.

Very beautiful challenging climbing up the Mountain to the mirrador!! Close to mirrador the environment is beautiful terracotta colors with different green colors vegetation!! Also the way down was easy go down and beautiful rocks, but afterwards we saw a sign that it was excentially forbidden to walk this path because of fallen rocks!! So look before you walk this hiking if it is possible to do again!!!!
