Itinerary description
From Mas de Fores there are 2 routes to reach this place, on the "left" and "right", ask someone locally or at the latest bar for exact directions. Left version is more easy and suitable for small kids. Right version is nicer but there are some portions with stones and steps, so parents will need to carry their toddlers or have extra attention. Starting from the city, we took the right path to there and left path back, just because we didn't want to return the same way.
Anyway, the lake is nice either way you reach it. In the summer you can take a bath although water is cold or better said, colder than your house/hotel pool or the sea. Note that water is 2+ meters deep near the waterfall, so don't let inexperienced swimmers get there "because it's close"; there are no lifeguards there. Also, wet rocks are slippery, walk with caution; just a month ago one 20 years kid died there after a fall and hitting his head 😑 vacation is vacation, enjoy it but be careful.
