Itinerary description
This is a short and easy walk to an amazing and impressive canyon.
The Estrecho de la Agualeja, also called The Estrecho de la Arboleja, is a small canyon, or gorge, about 240 meters long and up to about 15 meters deep, whose interior has carved the force of water for thousands of years, with flows and floods coming from the Sierra Espuña Regional Park.
The canyon is situated to the right after the descent along the steps.
We visited this canyon together with the Cueva de la Mauta which is situated only 4,5km away from this canyon
