Itinerary description
This easy walk offers spectacular views of the vertical cuts of Doña Ana, G'omer and Fraile. These tall clifs look like they were cut vertical by a giantic axe.
First part is on asfalt road along Olive trees going up to a small gravel road to the right. From here the gravel road passes close to an impressive wall to the left. To the right the impressive cuts opens in a marvelous panorama. Enjoy the quiet walk and the beautifull views going down hill, back to the starting point.
We did discover this area last august but decided to skip the walk in the 42 degree, and come back later. This time the clouds were very low and misty. The rain kept me from using the Phone camera.
I agree, these photos does not present the views properly. You have to discover on your own.
