Itinerary description
Almanzor pesca is the highest point of Sierra de Gredos (and of Sistema Central), and it's 2.951m high.
In this track we started in the parking area of Plataforma de Gredos, and continued by the way uphill by the sings of 'La Laguna'. When we arrived to 'La Laguna' and Eola refugee, we continued uphill by the way marked as 'Almanzor', following the stone signs until we arrived to La Portilla del Crampon (pic.1). Then we took the left to go up again and climbed (literally, because there's a climbing path up near the end) to the peak (pic.2). The views there are amazing.
The way back is the same but downhill.
The way is unpaved and uncomfortable: all made of rocks. It's uphill to Almanzor (but there's some downhill arriving to Eola's refugee).
