Itinerary description

Easy hike along the Lavollsfjorden. First through a little swamp, then either crossing or walking around "Kjosen" depending on the tide. From Lavoll te a bit beyond Smedvika one either walks directly along the shore or through a small trail a bit in the forest, again depending on the tide and ones preferences. The last part to the lantern at Flatneset is on an old track apparently used in the past for lantern maintenance. This also passes by ruins of concrete bunkers, maybe from World War II? Nice view from the lantern over Bergsfjorden and the mountains around.
